RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  1. Ensure that your item is in original condition, with tags attached and the below guidelines have been met. 
  2. Download a copy of the Returns/Exchange Form
  3. Once completed, return form to shop@ccmariners.com.au 
  4. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response on next steps. 

Items may be posted back to us, or returned in person to our Tuggerah office. Please note that no returns will be accepted unless the above procedure has been completed prior. 

RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

  • Items may be exchanged if the sizing is incorrect, however is dependant on if there is stock available for the new size required.
  • Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged. 

FAULTY ITEMS

  • Please email shop@ccmariners.com.au with your order details, including order number and a clear photo and description of the fault.

Faulty or items that are different from the product description can be refunded or exchanged, after the assessment of the product by the Central Coast Mariners.

The Central Coast Mariners cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit and we suggest that these are packed securely and sent via registered post.
